1 Introduction & Eligibility
Newpilak (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Newpilak and its users.

Although these Terms and Conditions are published in Bengali, the English version holds final legal authority. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.
2 Account Register
When opening an account on Newpilak, you must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is created using false or incorrect details, we reserve the right to close it at any time and forfeit all funds held in the account.
- You must provide your full name, mobile number, and email address accurately.
- Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must create a strong password and never share it with anyone.
- You are fully responsible for all access to your account. We are not liable for any transactions made by someone else using your password.
- A verification process may be required after registration. Until verification is complete, you will not have access to all features.
3 Eligibility & Age Requirements
The following requirements must be met to use the Newpilak platform:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country where you are located.
- You must not be blocked or blacklisted by any government authority or financial institution.
- You must not be an employee or partner of Newpilak, or an immediate family member of one.
We may discontinue service to specific regions at any time and without prior reason. We may use third-party services for age verification, and the associated cost may be borne by the user.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal
The rules for deposits and withdrawals on Newpilak are as follows:
- Deposit Method: We accept mobile banking, digital wallets, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum amount per deposit is BDT 50 (or equivalent in your currency). A maximum daily limit also applies.
- Withdrawal Conditions: Before withdrawing, you must have made a minimum deposit and, if any bonus is active, met its wagering requirements.
- Withdrawal Timeframe: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Delays may occur on weekends or public holidays.
- Transaction Fee: A small fee may be charged for certain payment methods. This applies to both deposits and withdrawals.
- Security Verification: For large transactions, we may carry out additional verification procedures.

5 Bonuses & Promotions
Newpilak offers a range of bonuses for both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

- Bonus Terms: Every bonus comes with a wagering or rollover requirement. Bonus funds must be played through a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
- Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry date. If the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

- Colluding or cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using abusive or threatening language toward the platform.

१० Account Closure
Newpilak may close your account under the following circumstances:
- At your request (in which case all funds remaining in your account will be returned to you).
- Due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- If there is reason to suspect you are playing from a country where access is not permitted.
- As directed by the relevant regulatory authority.
If your account is closed, you will lose access to all platform services and forfeit any bonuses in your account. However, you may still claim a refund of your own deposited funds.
११ Changes to Terms and Conditions
Newpilak reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account. Continued use of the platform after new terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
